On the page 3 of the above document is stated that Authorized representatives established in the United Kingdom will not, as from the withdrawal date (30 March 2019), be recognized as authorized representatives for the purposes of the applicable Union product legislation (including medical device legislation). Therefore, manufacturers are advised to take the necessary steps to ensure that, as from the withdrawal date, their designated authorized representatives are established in the EU-27.
